Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Consultancy and training services are provided under a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work or consultancy agreement), which will set out the scope, fees, confidentiality and other terms. If there is any conflict, that agreement takes priority over these terms.

We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, and we cite the sources of the statistics we quote.
